Client Services Adviser We are building our Telephone Sales Consultants' team and we have a number of positions available. The successful candidates selected will be based in our Glenrothes Service Centre and may be expected to be able to work evenings and possibly one weekend day. An outgoing personality, as well as an excellent telephone manner is essential for these positions. This position has flexible hours and all circumstances will be considered. Additional Requirements • Confidence with a professional and clear telephone manner are key requirements for this role, as well as the ability to comfortably engage with a variety of individuals. Telephone based, this role will involve phone and email follow ups and a large degree of diary and data management • Making outbound calls on a daily basis to their prospective clients, selling the benefits of the services offered by CARA Mortgage Services, with the aim of booking a meeting • Diary management and recording of data • Cold and warm lead generation activity • Continually develop your industry knowledge and demonstrate mortgage lending understanding • Efficiently handover of leads to our Mortgage Adviser Broker team • Updating and maintaining the tracking records for each appointment Necessary Skills For The Role: • Good spoken and written English • Target driven, self-motivated, resilient and a good team player • Confident, a proven ability to build rapport to engage with individuals at all levels • Keen attention to detail • Ability to make in excess of 100+ calls per day • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Suitable for a recent graduate with an interest in the finance / banking sector or an individual with 6+ months sales / telesales related experience in a fast-paced environment • Ideally, you will have to have a good knowledge of mortgages, and ideally have similar experience of working on a telesales team, making the initial sales contact • Basic salary plus performance related commission structure • Glenrothes-based and close to public transport • On-going training and support given. • Advancement opportunities If you are passionate about helping customers and can provide an outstanding service experience, and the above sounds like you, send us your CV to email@example.com.
